Edit : In many Asian countries, people use a cover for washing machines. The Samsung installer fitted it during installation and charged extra for it. He said it helps protect from moisture and rust. Honestly, I did not expect so many comments about the cover. 😅

Hi all,

I have a Samsung washing machine that is more than 4+ years old and is no longer under warranty. Recently from the past 1-2 years, it has been making a lot of noise and also starts moving on its own during use. Does anyone know why this happens?
