I'm Crowley, a Proxy from the Index, and a feather from the fallen Lobotomy Corp. HQ. I escaped before the White Nights and Dark Days incident by getting kidnapped by some shrimps, and got recruited by the Index in the following turf war.
While I can normally hear the City's song, I can't hear it here. Perhaps have I left the City entirely? Ahhh. How burdensome. How am I to receive my Prescripts if I cannot hear the City? I must find a way out soon. There must be one. After all, I've seen basement-dwellers outside more than once.
