On Waiting for 2 Hours just to get hung up on.
Trying to get in touch with a representative to ask questions and was on hold for 2 hrs just for a robot to to say they can’t take my call , bye and hang up.
Why put me in the waiting line then?
Can you even trust the waiting thing at all ?
Super frustrating.
