I seriously do not know, I've looked into this channel u/BestCreatorEver I don't know... what this could even be! I do not think it's a bot, anyway it's just odd. The Description mentioned having 1000+ tiktok accounts, as well as "Additional 10+ Terabytes full of unpublished video in hard disk archive"
It's just confusing you can't communicate with the guy because it such a low quality stream. I think it may be someone mentally ill. I'll try to email them I'm just trying to gain more eyes on this because it's really weird.
