Lindsay is EXHAUSTING
I’m a first time watcher. I came from VPR and I always enjoyed scrolling through the sub and seeing first time watcher opinions of characters - especially with the knowledge of X Y and / or Z is coming for them. So no - not trying to start a I hate Lindsay train here.
For context - I’m currently on season 6 episode 9 (aka Lindsay BDAY w Austen and Ciara blowout fight).
I really have been wanting to like Lindsay this entire time. There are moments where I do, but she always does someeething that pulls me back to not liking her again. It seems like she is kind of a pick me and not a girls girl by any means.
I get Lindsay didn’t OWE Ciara anything with the whole Austen situation. But just because you don’t owe someone something doesn’t mean it isn’t the right thing to do. I feel like Lindsay loves being “one of the boys” and having guys be her best friends and blah blah blah. She wasn’t nice to Mya at all and excluded her so she could get some D. I just find it interesting that she has like so many hoes (and period good for her) but then HAS to be slightly possessive over Austen knowing the circumstances.
Idk. I feel like I’ve gotten a lot of whiplash on my feelings for characters on this show! Any other first time watchers that agree? Should I expect my opinions to change? I feel like (from what I’ve seen) there’s a lot of Lindsay love on this sub, so just wanted to see if other people agreed etc.
