I am looking forward to making a horror add-on and I'd like to know if there are any ways that I could make a mod "send messages" in chat and (if possible) answer what players' messages too.

For example, null from Broken script mod on Java, I think it is really cool. I am completely new to coding and I couldn't find any Youtube videos about this topic.

Please let me know how this works and how I could add this system to my add-on. Thank you!
