I'm planning to sell our house shortly as my family are planning to move back to England. Does anyone have any recommendations for reliable estate agents that are fairly priced? Similarly if there are any to avoid, this would be hugely appreciated too.
Added bonus if you know one that can handle both selling in Scotland and buying in England. I know the laws differ and this is unlikely, but thought I'd ask just in case.
