To the amassed intelligentsia of r/DIYUK I am looking for insight.

When it comes to DIY I am more than seasoned (not boasting) and can turn my hand to most jobs.

This however is where my knowledge is wanting.

Firstly I am having to replace a radiator in my lounge. This in itself is a simple task as the pipe run is to be shortened and the radiator moved closer to the pipework that enters the room an easy day's work for me..

My dining room is on the other side of the opening, and has no radiator. My downfall now begins. What I wish to do (if possible) is to place a radiator on the other side of the wall behind the new lounge one.

Can I simply T off from my flow/return for the secondary rad (see pics) and if so, which way?

TLDR... I'm confused.

(my drawings may or may not help with my explanation 🤔)

Many thanks all.
