Been in Manila for over a week now. I’ve already gotten my Visa waiver, I’ve been thinking of staying for another month since I would have to leave by July 12th. I’ve seen that I would have to go into the office to complete this type of extension. What do I need to obtain the ACR card and when should I go apply for it? I know now it’s early but I at least want to plan for it.

Heading back to Manila soon and trying to figure out the best place to exchange money. Do you guys usually exchange USD before leaving the U.S., at the Manila airport, or just wait until you get into the city and use one of the regular exchange places?

I normally go to those 3rd party currency exchange spots but I honestly can’t remember if the airport rates in Manila were decent or terrible last time I went. I’ll probably exchange around $600 since I need cash for my Airbnb deposit when I arrive.
