Hello! I have recently learned what seizure auras are. I am not diagnosed with epilepsy nor do I even know if this could be seizure auras. Ever since I was a kid I would get these “visions”. I was never personally in the visions and had never seen what I was seeing before. But it felt almost familiar, like a Déjà vu feeling. It wouldn’t last completely long, but it felt like it. Afterwards I would completely forget what I had just seen, and there would be a linger of anxiety, nausea and a headache. I am pretty spiritual so the way I explained it to myself was that I was having visions from my past life, but I am also practical medical wise, and this has been my greatest mystery.
