I’m not really sure what happened. It started around my period, which would have been my first or second period while on this combo so I chucked it up to PMS. Only it didn’t end once my period started, and is still here now.

I feel tired all the time, mentally drained and like I don’t want to interact with anyone or do anything. It was truly very sudden, like black and white. One day I was okay and the next I wasn’t, and I felt like myself pre-medication.

I’m aware that this might mean I need to increase my dose, but my doctor wants me to try one more month on 150mg before trying 300mg. But any idea why/how it could have been so sudden? Or have your experienced something similar? What can I do to help (if anything)?

My husband is a recent revert and is learning about Islam. He was interested in henna because wants to be able do mine (he’s very artistic) so he’s been practicing and decided to practice on himself last night 😂 it’s a small-ish design on his hand.

Now I’m nervous because I realised it may be haraam. Is it really bad? Should we hide it from my family? I’m scared.

Pants are either too long, too wide on the hips, or both. I’ve been searching for years for a reliable place to get clothes for my body type 😭 I’m 158cm and it seems impossible. The curvy ranges are never made for short people and the petite ranges are never made for curvy people 🥲 story of my life.

Any leads appreciated. I would even look internationally if I could find the perfect pair of good quality jeans (for once in my life)
